 Thanks for responding. Had to look up microk8s. Never heard of it. What do you mean by using a volume? I'm really at square 1 here.

It seems Pi-Hole, the super ad blocker system, is now available for Docker 
installation in CentOS 8. 
 
While I probably would rather run Pi-Hole as its own discrete appliance on 
my Raspberry Pi 4 / 8GB, the Red Hat / CentOS / Fedora group don't seem 
inclined to support this latest model with a pre-built ARM image. My 
CentOS 8 storage server would seem to be an ideal alternative:
