LILO and Memory

I can't remember how to take care of this problem. I know that there is
a way to get Linux to recognize 128 MBs of memory. It appears that the
version of LILO or my kernel (2.0.32) is holding me up from using all 128
MBs, and limiting me to 64. Anyone want to refresh my memory as to how to
get this fixed?

Thanks,

Koree
