Yes.  (Actually, I was going to send a mail to say just that, but I
got pulled away.  :)

Just grab everything in

    ftp://ftp.silug.org/pub/redhat/updates/7.0/i386/

and do "rpm -Fvh *.rpm".  (You might also want to check the other i?86
directories and the noarch directory for other updates while you are
at it.)
