Re: Linux PDA/Cell phone thingy



Just a small thought on this.  At my company we have a large interactivity
with LG Korea, they are doing quite a bit of work with 3g
cellular/pcs.  The engineers that I have talked to about wireless devices
and whatnot have all said that 2.4-2.8 Mbs is about 1.5-2.5 years
away.  They already have created a little cellular which you can store and
play mp3's on and I think that they are coming up with one in which there
is a hardware compression that allows for mp3 streaming.
