SCSI drive

I just got this drive and the connector is the type that is on the
external part of a SCSI card.  Can someone tell me what type of connection
that is?  I'm trying to figure out what I need so that it can work with my
other SCSI drives that have the 'standard' ribbon cable.  Thanks.
