security hole in suidperl

In case you haven't already heard, there is yet another security hole
in suidperl in perl 5.003 and earlier.  Solution: Upgrade to 5.004_??
and *don't* install suidperl unless you absolutely need it, and then
consider making the permissions restrictive.
