Genuine Linux kernel coming for Windows 10

Anyone who has used the Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) have been

v2 now has a real Linux kernel, not just an interface "shim" that links
everything to the Windows kernel. It installs as a Hyper-V virtual
machine.
