- Was the kernel updated?
- You may have to roll-back to the fresh install kernel until you troubleshoot.
- I had to do that a few (many) months back with my F7 install.

What version of NetworkManager are you running? A
NetworkManager-0.7.0-0.12.svn4326.FC10 update was released on Nov 25.

I know it did a network manager update when I update after install.
I did try 
/sbin/lsmod | grep zd1211
that did nothing NM is still not seeing wireless
