We really need more information
When you tried to configure it how? Using what application?
Do you have another machine to test the monitor on? Are you sure you were
using a resolution that the monitor could handle optimumly?

hi there. i tried hooking up my other monitor (crt) to the other video
port on my computer and it booted up with an ugly haze on the other
monitor. and when i tried to use it (configure it) it wouldn't work.
any ideas?
