Still very beta.  And requires three parts to get working:
  - the coLinux executables
  - a file system image
  - a TAP driver

You can get all the pieces from the SF site.  I've bundled pieces 
together and have been able to get the bundles working on a Windows 
2000 machine (no X, yet, just CLI).  There's a colinux-0.6.0 version 
and a colinux-20040429 version, both available via BitTorrent:

For the bundles, simply download, unzip, install, run ... well, almost.

I have not had luck getting it to work on XP.

Is coLinux perfect?  Nope.  But it's making rapid progress.  It's not 
bad for a 4-month old project.
