Heh...  That was my next-to-last Red Hat 8.0 box.  I upgraded mine to
FC1 around a month ago.

That box runs various things, including VMware 3.2.  I was a little
surprised to find that the patches to the kernel modules to make it
run on RH8 were enough to make it work fine on FC1.

I have one more system running RH8, and unfortunately there's a pretty
good chance it will stay that way semi-indefinitely.  When I finally
do upgrade it, I *really* want that system running 2.6, so I may
actually try to hold off upgrading it until FC2 is sufficiently
stable.
