We don't actually use them (yet), simply because they have a long form
that you have to fill out, and long forms tend to get lost around
here.  (Plus we have a merchant account with our bank, sucky though it
may be, so since we don't actually have a web store, it's not a high
priority for us to get the ECHO merchant account.)

I was initially interested in them since they provide an open-source
component for Interchange, which I had planned on using.  I think they
have PHP and other bits now too.
