new worm going around - results

Hi Yall,

I just had this worm email sent to me at an email address that I use only
with my ISP, and no one knows this address, as I never have used use it..
have my own domains. (not listed here due to spam harvesting)

Interesting enough... the headers show the return path was as below:

Status: U
Return-Path: <silug-discuss@silug.org>
Received: from c3n3i0 ([216.229.217.154]) by ISPSMTPserver (ISP SMTP
Server) with SMTP id 1aJ19Q4VB3NZFlr1 for <XXX@XXX.XXX>; Tue, 20
Jan 2004 11:03:26 -0800 (PST)

Date: Tue, 20 Jan 2004 13:03:06 -0600
To: My ISP email address..
Subject: Hi
From: silug-discuss@silug.org
Message-ID: <xdjhsedaxbbemvttjgo@silug.org>
MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: multipart/mixed; boundary="--------125528652522188"

Now, what makes this worm nuts, is the fact that the sending IP address is
 216.229.217.154

 is registered to
OrgName: Mississippi Dept. of Education

This worm is crazy... I know no one there..
