Since you asked, I often see *two* "Linux" magazines in the dead-tree stores. 
Both have "Linux" in BIG LARGE LETTERS prominently displayed on their covers. 
Obviously, this is to capitalize on the popularity of Linux. However, both also 
have the second word of their names in a much smaller font size. I don't think 
it's coincidence, nor accidental, but just a simple marketing trick, that the 
two have /similar/ front cover layouts. I didn't say identical, nor that one 
copies the other.

The purpose of such a visual design is so that, at a glance, an inattentive 
or uninformed consumer might mistake one for the other. I noted the SSC
reference, as an extra piece of information to help someone that might do
exactly that, and get home to find out they've wasted $5 on a magazine that
doesn't have the article I referred to. Or have your mom waste it on the 
wrong magazine, thinking she was doing you a favor.

Glad to year that _you_ won't have this problem.
