DVD Jon acquitted -- again!

One doesn't have to be a fan of pickled herring or lutefisk to admire
Norway. An appeals court in Oslo today upheld last year's ruling of a
lower court and turned down an appeal by prosecutors (backed up by the
U.S. movie industry) seeking a 90 day jail sentence for young author of
DeCSS. In a refreshing few words, Judge Wenche Skeggestad told the court,
"The appeal is rejected."
