just a quick guess that it's a dns issue, those resolving messages are 
my clue on that.  just a quick ping of that host from here tells me it's
real.  might i make two suggestions

try to ping or traceroute to www-ccrma.stanford.edu

if that works then replace in your sources.list the www-ccrma.stanford.edu
with 171.64.197.137 and see if it happens to find what your looking for

if none of those work then try to ping the ip 171.64.197.137
if you can't ping it check your routes
