It's the exhaust pipes that connect to the cylinder "heads" and collect all of
the exhaust from each cylinder on that "head" into a single exhaust. Basically,
the gnarly piping connecting the motor to your muffler.

Or is it when you hit a soccer ball (aka football in non-US locales) in the air
with your head causing the ball to deflect into the goal?

What does that have to do with Linux? <g>
