Soyo Dragon Ultra K333 (or 400) Mobo (all the digi cam and handheld USB
2.0 stuff is built in and the board comes with a front panel adapter,
extremely cool and less than $150) this board also has built in NIC and
6 channel audio with 4 IDE channels available (3 and 4 are for raid) oh
yeah it also has on board connector for media reader (compact flash,
smart media, mem stick adapter available as an option from soyo)

AMD Athlon XP proc
512 MB DDR 
160 GB hard disk less than $200 at Sam's
ATI AIW video card (8500 Radeon is dual head)

add your choice of dvd and cdrw and you're prolly around $800 and jammin
