Okay Lee,
If I remember, and it has been a long time ... once you make a
/etc/postfix/virtual file (a plain text file) in this format

@virtual.com    lee  ... or whatever
@virtual1.net   lee

(please see the sample-virtual.cf file... )

Then you have to take the virtual file, and make a database from it. 

"postmap /etc/postfix/virtual" in  order  to build or rebuild (if any
changes to the virtual file) the indexed file after changing the text
file. In other words, try using that postmap command to actually build the
virtual.db 

Then do a "postfix reload" to reload all db files, etc..
