Re: download "accelerators"



normally they start downloading the same file multiple times in different
locations in the file, this overcomes any cap that is set on a per login
basis

however i dont think that he does any capping so this does little good and
is utterly pointless

steve --> im pulling at a happy little 26KB last i looked, set max to 100KB
for this box.  if you want me to scale it back let me know, but it looks
like im nowhere near my own cap thusfar
